RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In Stock/Showroom Returns
- The Goods must not have been worn or altered.
- The Goods must NOT have been dry cleaned, spot cleaned, washed or dried.
- Any kind of odour or make up marks on the goods will be declined.
- Original packaging Box must be returned with exchange Item.
The Goods are to be returned within 7 business days of you receiving them
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind.Products will only be refunded, credited or replaced if the product is damaged or the incorrect item was shipped, if this is the case please get in touch with us as soon as possible: Info@clairdavu.com
In Stock/Showroom Size Exchange
- We will do our best to exchange the item for the new size you’ve requested and, if we are unable to do so, we will provide you with a store credit.
- You must pay all delivery costs in relation to a change of size exchange.
We DO NOT refund initial shipping charges for goods returned (other than for faulty items) Items we exchange for you will be re sent back at your cost.
- Pre-Order Items, are not exchangeable.
If an item is received faulty please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the item. email@example.com
We do not refund/exchange Any Goods that were ‘on sale’ as at the date of purchase.
-If you believe your Goods are faulty, please contact us using the details provided on our website with a full description of the fault (including images if possible).
-If we determine that your Goods may be faulty, we will request that you send the relevant Good(s) back to us at your cost for further inspection, including any accessories or documentation shipped with the Good. We reserve the right to further inspection before deeming a Good faulty.
-If we determine in our reasonable opinion that the Good is not faulty, or is faulty due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, or failure to take reasonable care, we will refuse your return and send the Good back to you at your own cost.
-If we determine that the Good is faulty, you will be credited the full amount paid (including shipping costs) and you may request a refund, exchange or store credit. All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment unless you request otherwise and we approve this request.
