Pre-Order

Gowns made to order in your size.

• Allow 8–12 weeks from order to doorstep
• This covers production, delivery into Australia, and Australia Post Express to you
• Free

Rush production is available on both pre-order and in-stock gowns for an additional fee. Contact us before ordering if you have a firm date.

Tracking your order

You will receive a confirmation email with your order number once your order is placed, and a second email with Australia Post tracking details once it is dispatched. If nothing arrives, we may have an incorrect email address on file — please contact us with your order number.

Delivery notes

• All orders require a signature on delivery, so please use an address where someone is available between 9am and 5pm
• If nobody is home, Australia Post will leave a card for collection from your local post office. Please collect promptly so the parcel is not returned to us
• We cannot deliver to PO Boxes

All delivery timeframes are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, particularly during peak periods, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
